Effective management of hospital capacity is critical to ensuring patient safety, improving patient satisfaction, expanding access to care, and reducing the cost of health care. The Hospital Capacity Management Consortium’s mission is to use science and collaboration to ensure patients receive acute care in the right place at the right time.
